By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Understand that we are not providing medical advice or treatment

• All enrollment specialists in our network are independent contractors
• We do not employ, supervise, or control the enrollment specialists
• Specialist qualifications and licensing are verified but not guaranteed
• You are responsible for verifying specialist credentials before starting enrollment

• Our connection services are provided free of charge to families
• We may receive compensation from enrollment specialists or insurance carriers for successful connections
• This compensation does not affect the quality or selection of specialists
• All financial arrangements for insurance coverage are between you and the insurance carrier
• You are never charged by HealthCoverage365 for our services

HealthCoverage365 shall not be liable for:

• Any damages arising from insurance services provided by third-party enrollment specialists or insurance carriers
• The quality, safety, or effectiveness of insurance coverage
• Provider licensing, credentials, or background checks
• Insurance coverage or payment disputes
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum Liability: In no event shall HealthCoverage365's total liability exceed the amount paid to us for our connection services (which is $0 for families).

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our services
• Use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• That you will qualify for a Special Enrollment Period
• That you will be approved for health insurance coverage
• That you will receive specific coverage terms, rates, or benefits
• That coverage will begin by a specific date
• That you will receive subsidies or financial assistance

Enrollment eligibility, coverage approval, premium rates, and coverage terms are determined solely by insurance carriers based on your individual circumstances, health status, and other factors. We provide assistance and connections but cannot guarantee outcomes.
